Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are between you (and the organization you represent) and Colabrix Technologies, Bengaluru, India. If you use Colabrix on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your organization's members.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use Colabrix.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Colabrix is a workplace tool and is not directed at, or knowingly offered to, anyone under 18.

Plans, billing, and limits

• The Free plan allows up to 10 accepted members and 2 active projects per organization and does not include AI features. Each person can own one free organization.
• Spark and Momentum are paid plans, billed per accepted member with a three-seat minimum, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. They remove the member and project limits and include Brixi, our AI agent, within the daily allowance for your plan. An organization can add its own OpenAI key for use beyond that allowance. Momentum also includes org-wide Insights.
• Only the organization owner manages billing. A coupon can be used once per person and once per organization, and only on an organization without an active paid plan.
• Cancelling takes effect immediately and returns the organization to the Free plan. If its owner already has another free organization, the organization becomes read-only until they subscribe again or free up their free slot. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If a paid plan ends while an organization is over the Free member limit, existing members keep access but new invitations are blocked until it is back under the limit. The same applies to the Free project limit and new projects.
• Where payments are handled by a payment processor, its terms also apply to the transaction.

AI features

Brixi and our other AI features can be wrong. Review what they produce. Brixi asks for your approval before it changes existing work, and you stay responsible for what you approve. To provide these features we send the relevant text to AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may limit how much AI you can use each day.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights with the service.
• Probe, scan, or overload the service, or bypass rate limits and access controls.
• Upload malware or content you have no right to share.
• Resell or white-label Colabrix without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.

Your personal data

We handle the personal data you and your team give us as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to access, correct, or erase it. By using Colabrix you agree to that Privacy Policy as well as these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything your team creates in Colabrix — issues, stories, sprints, milestones, comments, files. You grant us the limited right to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

Service availability

We work to keep Colabrix available and fast, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colabrix Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Colabrix at any time, and delete your own account from Account → Danger zone in the app, or ask us to by email. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, disputes) continue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
